Richard Chapman |
Director, Co-founder and Instructor.
Richard is a Director and Co-founder of RSC Training Ltd and the main Instructor for the company. Richard started life in training as a Fork Lift Truck Instructor, holding an AITT accreditation, before moving into Access equipment. He holds accreditations for IPAF, PASMA and Ladder Association. Richard is well known within the access industry having worked for many years as an independent Instructor before forming RSC Training Ltd. Away from work, Richard is a keen pool player, playing in local and national competitions and is a current member of the London County Pool Team. |
Lyndsey Wright |
Director, Co-founder and Logistics.
Lyndsey is a Director and Co-founder of RSC Training Ltd and runs the office side of the company. Lyndsey has a very hands-on approach to her work, as well as overseeing the administrative side of the business she is also regularly speaking to customers to ensure the company strive to maintain and continually improve our services. Away from work, Lyndsey has a unique and rewarding hobby, caring for rescued turtles. She currently has 8 turtles, of differing species, which she provides a safe and nurturing environment to and are her main passion. |
Office Team
Karen Cooney |
Training Co-ordinator.
Karen is a key member of the office team and looks after a variety of different aspects behind the scenes for the company. Karen is often one of the first people customers speak to, helping to organise courses and provide support for customers and Instructors. Karen has a strong background in administration and is an excellent addition to the office team. Away from work, Karen loves going on camping adventures with her family. She also enjoys walking in the countryside and discovering nature's hidden gems. |
Babette Powell |
Human Resources.
Babette is a key member of the office team and looks after all matters relating to company personnel. Babette is responsible for managing all employment relating legal matters, including contracts, workplace safety and data privacy, to safeguard both the company and its employees by ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Babette has a strong background in HR, with many years of experience working in various industries. Babette also holds CIPD Associate accreditation. Away from work, Babette loves running and has completed both half and full marathons. |
